Yoga in the Park
Kid’s Yoga Instructor Gabbi will be leading Atabey members in a grounding yoga asana practice and guided meditation practice called Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra is a meditation practice used to completely relax the body and mind. You can use it before bedtime to sleep or before school to energize yourself! We will talk about how yoga is more than just moving your body on the mat but also breathing, staying mindful and present.
